Check your actual tier
Free registration does not grant every membership tier. Previous spending, membership fees and the date of an upgrade may affect eligibility.
Check once more before you go
Check whether your coupon has arrived, whether a booking is needed, and whether there is capacity. Keep identity documents and member QR codes private.
